How much does a website cost?
It depends on what the site has to do. A sharp marketing site that wins enquiries is a very different build from a platform with logins, payments and dashboards. Tell us what you need and we send a fixed written quote before any work starts, so there is no meter running and no surprise at the end.
How long does it take?
A focused marketing site is usually ready in two to three weeks. Web apps with accounts, payments or custom workflows take longer, and we agree the timeline with you in writing up front. You will know the launch date before we begin, not after.
Do I own the site and the data when it is finished?
Yes. The design, the code, the domain and your customer data are yours. We do not hold your site hostage, and you are free to take it elsewhere at any time. Most clients stay because the support is worth having, not because they are locked in.
Will my customers know it is AI?
Yes, and that is deliberate. The agent introduces itself as an assistant rather than pretending to be a person. Customers are far more forgiving of a bot that says what it is than one they catch out.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
It says so and hands over, rather than inventing an answer. Depending on what you prefer, it either takes a message and a contact number for your team, or passes the conversation to a human. Making things up is the fastest way to lose a customer, so we train against it.

What languages does it speak?
The underlying models handle the major world languages well, including English, French, Spanish and Arabic. What matters more is the training: an agent that knows your business in one language is more useful than one that is vague in six. Tell us which languages your customers actually write in.
How do you train it on my business?
We start from what you already have: your services, prices, policies, delivery areas and the questions your team answers every week. Nothing is invented. If the agent does not know something, it is taught or it says it does not know.
Can you work with the website I already have?
Often, yes. Sometimes the fastest win is fixing speed, structure and the enquiry path on what you already own, and adding an agent to it, rather than starting again. We will tell you honestly which makes more sense, even when rebuilding would be the bigger invoice.
Can I cancel?
The agent is month to month. Cancel and the agent stops. Your website, your code, your domain and your data stay yours either way.
Do you only work with businesses in Ghana?
No. We are a remote team and we build for clients wherever they are. That said, we know the Ghanaian market unusually well, including mobile money, SMS habits and what it means to design for someone on a handset and a patchy connection.
